Wow! After seeing the results of the repair done by Northside to the front of my Subaru Legacy, I promised John that I would write this review, as I was truly stunned by the absolutely flawless work done on my behalf. I'm 75 years old, and have never had an accident, nor a single point on my lifetime driving record. After an 11" snow in February, 2026, and to make room for the plow company to clear our lower driveway, my foot slipped off the brake pedal and hit the gas pedal instead (I was wearing snow boots). The car lurched forward a couple of feet-- just enough to ram into the left side of our brand new garage door and side trim. I was so disappointed in myself, but knew I just had to move on and get a few estimates to fix the damage. I also decided to self pay, as I didn't want any accidents on my record or to create an insurance claim. I first visited an auto body shop nearby--one that was referred to me by a local auto mechanic with whom I was familiar. As soon as I walked into his shop and saw its condition and soon observed the filth and deplorable condition of its restroom, I hung around long enough to at least receive his estimate of $2500 using 'aftermarket parts,' (which I wouldn't settle for). I then stopped by Northside on my way home. Upon walking in the front door and meeting John, I had already made up my mind that I'd be doing business with this 5 star local business. As a self-pay, John was extremely sensitive to my financial constraints and provided me with an identical $2500 bottom line. The deal was truly sealed when he told me that he'd be using real Subaru parts! Bingo! Should I ever need any body repair again (hopefully never!), I told John that Northside had me as a new, loyal customer and that I would be referring anyone I knew in search of an auto body repair to Northside. I received exemplary service from beginning to the end. The repairs were completed right on time--about a week or so. I can't help but mention that John even went a step further on my behalf by showing me that he had his mechanic buff out the right side headlight for me so the two lights matched! His initiative to do that adds yet another impressive contribution to this review. The attached before and after pictures are proof of the incredible job performed by Northside. I had to have a full bumper replacement due to an unfortunate circumstance where my car was damaged on an out-of-state mall property. All I can say is “Wow!”. Northside auto went above and beyond to replace my bumper in a timely and quality manner. Every single employee that I interacted with was genuinely positive and you could tell that they love what they do. I just expected a bumper replacement, and they did an amazing job at that, but the overall experience was the best that I have ever had when it comes to a repair shop. To top it off, my car was completely detailed inside and out when I picked it up which I did not expect but was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this business.

The staff at Northside are amazing! My biggest priority with any type of auto work is that the staff care for my car as if it were their own, and they certainly do. Every car also gets a free exterior detail when they are finished, and mine looks fantastic. Honest diagnosing and fair prices, I can’t recommend this shop enough. Thank you again!

Words can not even begin to explain how amazing my experience was with Northside Auto body! Great, friendly staff. Most importantly my car came back like I was driving it out of the show room! Pure perfection!!! They even detailed the inside and out! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work.

Best autobody shop around hands down. Our car had some major damage and came back looking, feeling and sounding better than it has in a long time. They even cleaned the inside for free. Spectacular service and customer service. Dennis and John were awesome and took such good care of us and our car. They made it super easy, and excellent communication (which is so rare these days). It’s super clean inside. Doesn’t smell like most autobody shops. Look for the Bigfoot or Velociraptor on Rte 9. That’s your guys. Oh coffee and snacks inside were nice too :-)
