Got a truck at a very fair price. Had a minor issue with a squeak noise pop up a few weeks later and Rich got the truck in the shop immediately to have it repaired. It was only a minor repair but he prioritized getting it taken care of and I appreciate the service. Thank you Rich.

Don’t buy from here, bought a vehicle last year for $8500 I’ve only put 3k miles on it, already needed a drivetrain, a water pump & it’s falling apart piece by piece every day it’s something new. Brought it to my body shop for an inspection they can’t even pass it, the whole undercarriage is rusted, rotted crumbling in your hand if you touch it.

Great experience at Plaza Motors and dealing with Rich. Daughter found a nice car, very reasonable price and Rich made sure everything was right before we picked it up. Very honest dealership.

I don't like dealing with cars and dealerships as it is. So this just made the experience worse. I would never recommend purchasing a car from Plaza Motors Buy Here Pay Here in Rensselaer. The owner is beyond rude, every single time we have dealt with him. He is utterly unprofessional. He has yelled over the phone with us multiple times, with us remaining calm mind you. He also sells garbage that significantly breaks in less than 18000 miles of owning it. Do not trust this seller and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
