Recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a great experience from start to finish. The communication was excellent, they kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions clearly. The environment was very friendly, which made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciated that there was no pressure at any point. Instead, they offered advice and helped me make the best decision for my needs. They were also very patient and took the time to walk me through all the paperwork, making it easy to understand. It was smooth and positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car! 🚗

This place is amazing. Had a great experience when I stopped by and they were extremely friendly and helpful. No pressure at all but they make sure to be available for any questions you might have. Ali is super respectful and will address any issue and takes great pride in his selection. Mohammed is very kind and attentive and knowledgeable as well. I WILL be buying cars from them again because this process was so painless and accommodating. They had my dream car, an Audi Allroad and it is in amazing condition. Hope they are still in business when my children need vehicles.

Update: the owner reached out after my review to discuss what went wrong on the companies end of things. He then offered an amount of money refunded to fix certain problems. Even though I still experienced this initially- now it seems like they really do care about customer service. He went out of his way to satisfy my complaint to gain a better experience under the new management. My purchase was October of 2024.. The ad was very well put together- so I decided to make the 2 hour trip to see the vehicle in person. It was a red 2006 Mercedes Benz c280. Those have been known to have bulletproof engines and with only 99,000 miles I was excited to test drive this car. I should have taken more note of the red flags that came up. #1 🚩even with the car fax available the car didn’t have much service records on it.. (not the dealerships fault) but at sale for double what the book value was it was a first “ick” I got #2🚩 when popping open the hood to check out everything a rusty gasket scraper was in the engine bay. (Mind you this was noticed AFTER the test drive… and when zoomed in shown in the pictures of the car for sale on their WEBSITE) the salesman did not give an explanation for that and tossed the tool to the side to then immediately tried to sell me the “warranty” #3 🚩 This one I should have known better: He had waited for the loan check to clear into his bank account before signing any papers.. (vs. accepting the check from the bank they “always use” then signing the papers). While signing the papers for the car he then proceeds to flat out tell me “ we hadn’t gone through the car at all and we don’t know what issues this car has at this time”. This was NOT a cheap as is car. Fast forward to putting in double of what the cars value is into it maintenance of this neglected vehicle the first couple months. It has now (06/2026) become a lawn ornament while I’m driving around a different vehicle. I am still paying off this obscene loan… I have learned my lesson and do not ignore the red flags. ESPECIALLY when they admit to your face that they didn’t go through the cars basic needs.

I test drove the current 2011 BMW 328i with 94k miles and noticed a vibration coming from the seat/rear area at highway speeds (around 70 mph). I brought it to the owner’s attention, and 2 days later he had the wheels checked/balanced and said they appeared to be fine. I insisted something else may be wrong because a vibration at that speed shouldn’t be happening. So then he also inspected the suspension and related components and stated the car was otherwise healthy, believing the vibration may be caused by something minor that would require more detailed diagnosis. While the owner was very communicative, I was disappointed that the exact cause of the vibration was never identified and there wasn’t more initiative to diagnose it — as that was the main concern preventing me from moving forward with the purchase.

I had a good experience here buying a used car for my daughter. The owner/salesman is knowledgeable and patient. He has been able to carve a niche in the marketplace finding cars with extremely clean Car Fax reports and selling them in a friendly atmosphere with fair prices. Highly recommend!
