The people are very supportive and kind. I am a college student and they didn't rip me off. They helped me figure out everything that I needed to do and were there for me throughout the whole process. I cannot imagine a better auto body shop.

Called and left message over weekend, didn't get a call back, drove down to get an estimate for some insurance covered damage. Lady was short with me, said we only see people by appointment, I let her know I called and left a message to schedule something. She said she was too busy to check the answering machine. I was instructed to try to one of the smaller collision shops because their estimates were $50, and they were too booked till after new years anyways.

Great customer service. You can't even see where the damage was. Very knowledgeable about insurance companies. Fights for you.
