High Peaks Ford

I trusted this dealership. I paid 1000 dollars to get my brakes done and they did them improperly. Another ford dealership had to fix it. When I brought the issue to their attention, they did not respond. I had to then talk to the GM, who also ended up not returning my phone calls. He says "what do you want, me to refund you 10 mins worth of work?". No but how about some accountability. How about some care. I just cleared out my bank account for those brakes, it should NOT have been done improperly, and since it was, SOMETHING should have been done about it on their end after the fact. The GM Dean Miller was rude on the phone about it. Like cmon, you guys messed up. And it cost me 1000 dollars. Never again. I will never be back to this ford.

Had to get my car serviced on, and the service center has fantastic customer service! Good communication and will definitely use these guys from here on out!

My son had a recent service at a different dealership to replace a leaky water pump on a 2021 Bronco Sport (known issue with these). On his trip back to college, the newly replaced belt failed resulting in the loss of the alternator and water pump. Luckily he was only a few miles away from High Peaks Ford and was able to get the vehicle there after allowing adequate time for the engine to cool. I explained that my son was on his way to start an important summer work internship. Even though their service department was booked solid, Heath and the team at High Peaks squeezed him in and got him back on the road. They verified the issue was isolated to the belt, replaced it, and tested the vehicle. He was able to push on to Potsdam and eventually Syracuse with no further issues. I really appreciate their understanding and willingness to help in a tough situation.

The only service I've done with High peaks ford in Raybrook Brook is the service department and only because of my job. Ryan, in the service department is great! Customer service in the service department is the best, they have been super fast with what has been needed for the vehicles I've brought in! I'm definitely more than happy with the service here.

High Peaks Ford is our favorite dealership. Everyone here goes out of their way to make sure you and your vehicle are treated well. The service team is thorough and our runs great.
