They are knowledgeable and friendly people. Their service is pretty fast with quality work. And most importantly, their prices are fair! I was there last week for tires. Any place where you can talk to the owner and they don't act like you're a bother, it's really nice. I recommend them.

What a wonderful experience. Got a flat on 87 at the service area and got a tow to Mueller's. They were able to fit me in and get me fixed up quick. Super friendly people, excellent work, and reasonable prices.

The owners were generous, kind, and expert from the moment I arrived in a tow truck on a summer Friday afternoon with my car that died on the Thruway. It was going to take a few days for the repair and I live out of town so they gave me car rental suggestions that were cheaper than AAA could find, helped me figure out a car service to get me to the rental place, gave me and my daughter treats and seltzer, assessed the car before I left and... when it turned out to be relatively quick, *fixed it* there and then, saving me over $600 in car rental expenses plus days of time and energy and hours and hours of driving. This was so above and beyond the call. I highly recommend them!

My family and I have been customers of Mueller's longer than I can remember, and always trusted their work. But today, they went above expectations and became a truly special business to me! I'm moving out of state in 2 days, and yesterday afternoon realized an urgent repair was needed that possibly made driving my long distance unsafe. I called them 2 hours before close on a Wednesday, frantic, thinking there's no chance they could get me in before my move, let alone get ahold of whatever part/s would be needed (especially with current events). I was wrong! They had me drop off my car after hours that same night, and by 9am the next morning they called me with a diagnosis and quote! Even better, they had the car fixed before lunch time, and even changed my oil!! Now my mind is at ease for my move, and all is right. Thank you SO much to all the amazing people at Mueller's!

If I could give them zero stars I would as they did zero service. The worst experience ever at Mueller's Automotive in Ravena for a simple inspection and new brakes. My husband took today off for the appointment. Had an appointment scheduled and was told to bring the car in at 8am. When we arrived at 3pm they still had not brought it in the shop. They went on to tell us that it should be done by 5pm tomorrow. We left and came home to see if we could get someone to pick the car up there tomorrow. After thinking about it, my husband called them to ask why it wouldn't be done until 5pm tomorrow when he had taken today off. They proceeded to hang up. He called back and we were told to come get the truck. I have never seen such poor business! Three issues: 1. We had a scheduled appointment and were told to have the truck in by 8 o'clock and the car was still not in at 3pm. 2. They never called to communicate anything with us and we had to drive over to check the status of the car. 3. They hung up on a customer telling them to come pick up their keys. Many people have recommended them. I guess they do not care about new business. A simple apology would have sufficed, not being hung up on. Will never use them again or recommend them.
