Bob's Collision & Customs

My vehicle broke down and needed towing. I called Bob, he said he would here in 20 minutes. He was here in 15 minutes! Originally, I thought I needed to be towed to one place but needed to change the drop off location to another town. He was very willing to do whatever I needed. Bob was very accompanying, pleasant and his price was very reasonable! I would not hesitate to use his service again and have already saved his number in my phone for future use! Excellent service all the way around! I highly recommend him! Thank you Bob!!

I called Bob's because my car broke down and I needed a tow. I was quoted a very good price. They arrived quickly and got my car on the truck. They were very friendly, as a woman this made me feel very comfortable and safe. They got me and my car home and my charge was exactly what I was quoted. This was a very good experience for such a stressful problem. I'm so thankful that places like Bob's Collision still exists. I will be telling all my family and friends about their wonderful service. If you need a tow or any sort of body work, Bob is a high recommendation. I hit a deer on my way to work at 6:30am, called Bob and he answered right away. He was very responsive, quick to get things done and went the extra mile to ensure things were done right the first time. Even when I pointed out a paint mark that dribbled he offered to take the car back and get it corrected. Turnaround time was great, would've had my car back in 2 weeks if there wasn't an odd occurrence with my vehicle having the incorrect bumper. But, Bob did his research and was able to find out the correct bumper that was put on the car and got it all fixed. He kept me updated along the way which meant a lot to me since this was my first time in over a decade of driving that I hit anything and needed body work done. Once again, if you need a tow or some body work done, get a hold of Bob and he'll take care of you properly.

Thank you, Bob! I woke Bob up at midnight tonight, after a long shift at work. The clutch failed. I'm hating adulthood and trying not to panic in the cold and dark. He told me he'd come get me and the car in a half hour. The quote was beyond reasonable. 28 minutes of me stressing myself out, sitting in my car with the heater on, and Bob shows up. It is 18 degrees outside and he invites me to go sit in the cab. "Make yourself at home." He gets the car loaded up and takes me home. Through the 30 mile drive home, he was calm and welcoming. This man's quiet competence had me feeling so safe. Bob has a card reader in the truck for millennials like me who don't carry any cash. I got a receipt and everything. I'm writing this review from the comfort of my home at 130 this morning. Again, thank you Bob.
