Doug and Missy are great people. Service was outstanding. Very honest. I over paid in cash and didn't realize it. I received a phone call from Missy saying I overpaid. I went back to get $ back. Now that's honesty. 100 percent.. ty

View on GoogleMy truck broke down while towing a trailer on a 90° day with my daughter. No cell reception where vehicle quit on state route 53. I explained to owner Doug that my daughter was with vehicle. Doug immediately dispatched his rollback towtruck and said come with me. Picked up my daughter and trailer while tow truck picked up truck. While vehicle was being diagnosed Missy, Doug's wife made us right at home offering drinks, snacks,and casual conversation. "BAD NEWS" bad fuel pump that required removal of fuel tank. Doug and Missy made sure we had a ride home also. Repairs were completed professionally in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Can't Thank them enough for making a VERY STRESSFUL situation pleasant. Thanks Raner Auto!
