My name is Tammy Jock and for over 8 months and 3 other ‘reliable’ auto shops, Nate was the one that found the issues with my car in just a 5 minute drive! I needed some major work and he was able to have it done in one day for me and my car rides like it’s brand new! If you ever need a good auto service man, he’s the one! We dropped off a 2000 Honda Accord that needed some minor work done to it and explained to them that we needed it back within seven days as there is a wedding in the family coming up. They let the car sit for seven days without even touching it and we asked them to please get it done so the car could be used to drive to the airport, They said “no,” put the keys in the car and left it out in the lot for it to be vandalized or stolen. So in short, they didn’t honor their word, they fixed nothing on the car, nor did they even order the parts that were needed, then got so butt hurt that they passive aggressively left the car out on the lot with the keys in it so that anyone could just steal it which caused further stress for us as it is the only car we have in the area. Horrible business. They don’t honor their word, and are very passive aggressive. Do not take your vehicle here.

They fixed my problem quickly and correct, nice people.

Reserved Uhaul here. Got here at the appropriate time, but door was locked and no one was there. Called and knocked on the door for about thirty minutes. Tried to pick it up online, but it told us to go inside for assistance. Ended up having to call UHAUL and cancel the reservation. Looking at reviews, this is not the first time this has happened apparently...

I love these guys! Great mechanics and office staff who seem to be able to work on just about anything. I've taken my VWs and a Sprinter there. On my older VW van, they often have to think outside the box which is unfortunately necessary :). The do quality work an they're all just really nice.
