I would stay far away from this business. What started as a simple quote for a $250 full interior and exterior detail plus a $50 engine cleaning turned into a five-day nightmare of missed deadlines and blatant dishonesty. After paying the full $300 upfront and dropping my car off Friday morning for a promised one-day job, the excuses began immediately. I was told employees were running late, then told it would be wrapped up Sunday, and then Monday. I drove by the shop multiple times over the weekend only to see my vehicle sitting completely untouched and unmoved while I was being told via text that work was "almost finished." I finally had to drive to the shop at 9:30 PM on a Tuesday just to get my car back. The owner wouldn't even come out to meet me, simply telling me the keys were in the console. When I opened the door, I was hit with a chemical smell so overpowering and unbearable that I had to drive home with all the windows down. Once I got into the light, I realized the car was barely touched. There were crumbs and dirt patches everywhere, and the driver’s side floor was still filthy, yet he had placed a paper protector over the dirt to make it look finished. There were leaves in the trunk that weren't there when I dropped it off, and the engine bay—which I paid extra for—looked like it hadn't been opened. When I confronted him, he actually admitted they hadn't even started on the trunk after having the car for five days. The communication following this was just as unprofessional. When I sent photos and demanded a refund, he spent three weeks giving me excuses about needing to order more products. He eventually lied and said he had sent a refund through Venmo that would take 3-5 business days to process. Anyone who uses Venmo knows it is instant, and when Monday came with no refund, he pretended he didn't have my information despite me sending it to him previously. As of now, he has $300 of my money, my car is still dirty, and I am being left on read. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you are comfortable being lied to and losing your money for a week of zero results.

Josh is a true professional. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. My car looks like it just came out of the showroom everytime I pick it up. I love it!
