The team at JVR are excellent. They got me up and running in a short amount of time, fair, honest and reasonable. They are very thorough with diagnosis, reports, using photos and videos, which can be comforting for anyone, especially those who can only take people's word for it. Highly recommend and will be back for anything I need, but hopefully not anytime soon!

When you call JVR to make an appointment you are cheerfully greeted by Pattie who is very knowledgeable and manages to get you in for service in a timely manner. Jonathan who is the owner is always so helpful and honest as well as his mechanics. When you take your car to JVR you know you will be getting an honest diagnosis at a fair price!!

Bravo. Patty and her team went over and above the call of duty last Thursday morning. I was leaving for Kennedy airport and my car was dead. I proceeded to take an Uber to Kennedy airport when I got to my destination I called her she sent someone to my home, started and brought my car. To the shop did the repairs and I’m ready to use it when I get back from my trip 100% plus again bravo
