We trusted this company with one of our work vans for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and it turned into a very costly mistake. After the service, one of their mechanics failed to properly tighten the oil filter. As a result, the oil drained out while the vehicle was in use, and the engine ultimately seized. When we brought this to their attention, the manager and company refused to take any responsibility. We were left covering the cost of two flatbed tows and a full engine replacement—expenses that could have been completely avoided with basic care and attention during the service. To make matters worse, they didn’t even refund the original oil change and tire rotation. Extremely disappointing experience. Based on how this was handled, we cannot recommend this business.

A total crook. Sold my parents four "brand new tires" -- and then a few months later my parents got a flat. When they took it into another service station they discovered that one of the "brand new" tires was actually used and already had a patch on it. Really disappointing as my father always thought the owner Jimmy was friendly. You can't trust anyone anymore!

Extremely happy with the service I received from both Diego and Enrique. Took my Sable in for a pretty big labor intensive job and they handled it professionally and surprisingly quick. I picked the car up in 4 days and Diego went over all the particulars with me, showed me the old parts that were removed, handed me the keys and I was on my way! The car drives amazing. Literally night and day difference from when I left it with him. Both Diego and Enrique, to me, were honest, fair, and sincere. Very hard to find decent shops anymore but this is certainly one of them.

These so called auto tech "young bucks" out here don't know how do a wheel alignment properly at all. "If you want your steering wheel dead centered while driving down a straight road.
