Avoid this shop. Dishonest management and zero accountability. I brought my car here for a 2-week body repair. The bodywork itself was fine, but when I got the car back, I discovered a crack in my front windshield that was absolutely not there before. Because it was raining heavily at pickup, I couldn't spot it immediately but noticed it the very next morning. When I brought this up, management (Jamie) completely denied responsibility. They even sent me a progress photo showing their staff working with a high-speed power buffer right next to the unprotected windshield. Yet, they made up every possible excuse—from blaming the timing of my initial quote to claiming I reported it "late" (even though a weekend fell in between). They refuse to pay for the replacement and show no honesty or professional integrity. If you use Westchester Auto Body, make sure to do a meticulous, inch-by-inch inspection of your ENTIRE vehicle before driving off their lot, or you will end up paying for damages they caused. Very disappointing experience.

I never really leave a review, but I’ll make an exception this time. Mike absolutely went above and beyond for the grille on my car. From start to finish, he was honest, fair, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to find me the best possible price instead of just pushing the easiest option, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. The service was fast, professional, and done right the first time. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing right by you, and Mike is one of those people. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants excellent service and fair pricing

In terms of quality of work, this place is seriously talented. The repair they did was undetectable to me; they matched up everything perfectly. Also, I felt their pricing was fair and they did not exceed the estimated price. They will not be your fastest option, but if you are prioritizing quality over speed, I would certainly recommend them!

A tree fell on my car and caused a lot of damage. Jamie & his crew did an excellent job and my car looks brand new!! He worked with me to get my car fixed in a timely manor and made sure to answer any questions I had along the way! I would recommend using him for any repairs on your car!

Had the option of taking my car anywhere for body work after getting rear ended, picked this place and couldn't have been happier! Mike and everyone else here are true professionals and were quick to answer any questions I had. Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for body work.
