Nissan City of Port Chester Service

Came across this Nissan service shop and decided to go in for vehicle inspection and diagnostic of my Nissan Altima. Ryan, Dragan, and the mechanic, Anthony was super helpful and attentive. They were so genuine in giving actual needed recommendations for my commuter vehicle. I will do service with them moving forward. And take Ryan suggestion to look at Nissan Sentra and Rogue Hybrid at their Sales location up the road. New Client to Loyal Client CLF

My first time here - they were able to squeeze me in for an early appointment after my dashboard suddenly lit up like a Christmas tree. Quick diagnosis, warranty fix, etc. Ryan was great to work with! Will be back. :)

I just took my car to do the oil change, having made an appointment, first of all. I arrived and no one came to take my car, which made other people behind me at the entrance upset, even so I had to get off and enter so that someone could move the car from the entrance. I bought my car new at Nissan CityPort Chester so it corresponded to him to date that free service, 2 hours after I left it, they call me and tell me that I have to pay for the service, I reply that it was between the dates and there must have been an error, to which the person who half attended me when he arrived tells me that I have to call Nissan City to solve it, when I replied that why I had to do that, it is your job to find out if the car is or not within the deadline, I returned, I repeat, after 2 hours and they tell me that if I'm going to want to make the oil change, that is, after two hours call me, make me go and tell me that it hasn't been done yet, of course I didn't do it and I left there, talking to a lady who was waiting for a long time to be attended, I don't know what I was waiting for past in that flirt, several times that I went before Ryan attended me, always very professional and with total knowledge of his work, this person who attended me now and that apparently was attending to The other person too, had no idea of anything. . He is an older man with glasses who really gives a horrible service, then I didn't even know where my car was, what a way to waste the whole morning in that place, I never go back there and of course I don't recommend it, I don't know what happened now but before the attention was excellent now horrible

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO HERE! THIS PLACE IS A FULL SCAM I really wished I read reviews before opting to go here and I recently went here to get an oil change because for some strange reason it was not done in my last service visit at another location. I come in and explain that I would like to have my tires looked at as my car sometimes jerks when I make a turn. The rep at the first desk, Walter, says he will take and look and does a test drive with my car and stated he did not notice anything. But would have them take a look. Ok great, I go to sit and wait. He then comes to me shortly after and compliments me on keeping up to date with my service and inspections (I am from PA) and tells me that my tire tread is low. Something that I was aware of and was going to take care of at Costco. He says that he would provide me a quote as they currently have a promotion going on with buy 3 tires, get one for $1. He returns with two quotes for Bridgestone Alena Prestige tires for $1,293.91 (inc $125.11 tax) and Hankook tires ($1, 087.14) (inc 104.34 tax) with 24 month Road Hazard Warranty. Now I have never heard of any Hankook tires, so no thank you instantly. So, I say ok, let me compare. Now I look at Costco, for the same tires, for FOUR, it's $1,276.82. $17 bucks of a difference. I bring it to Walters attention, and I get hit with a bunch of crap as to why he can't really price match, because it's the manufacture and Nissan and blah blah. But when you do the math, you are being charged 389.99 for 3 tires, to get the last one for a "dollar". Also, to add, the tires on Bridgestone are 304.99 per tires, so that times 3 is $914.97 before taxes. Its a full on scam and lie.To then get a diagnostics report of all of these things being critical on my car, the fluid, my breaks, both cabin and engine filter, etc. Yet, I JUST recently got an inspection, and had my breaks and my filters all replaced less than 2 months prior with a clean passing of my inspection. They're a full SCAM and liars.

Ryan is the force behind the service dept and company. Hes always accommodating every time during my service appts. When my car needed a new transmission he worked tirelessy to make sure I was taken care while my car is being worked on, including getting me loaner car which is usually impossible. I truly appreciate his service and his compassion, which is why I keep coming back.
