Our car broke down on the highway on a sweltering day in August and we were so fortunate to have Joe come out to tow us. He made a bad situation much more pleasant by his friendly personality. Not only that - he took the time to advise us of what might be the problem our car and he was correct! Thank you.

Had a great experience with John last weekend. We had a very weird set of events on an auto delivery by a long-haul carrier in Port Chester and John showed up in less than :15, was very polite, skillful, and efficient. Usually places that tow aren’t high on my list nor would I bother rating. These guys are real deal. I am a good judge of character and they deserve the 5 stars. Kind, no bs and helpful. They towed me in an interesting situation and still 5 stars for their professionalism and kindness. I only dealt with Tom and Eddie but these guys are salts of the earth.

Eddie at Hannigan's saved me!! My car died in the middle of the road (bad alternator) and Eddie showed up 15 minutes after the call. He tested my battery and my alternator and then took me and my car to the repair shop. He also helped me figure out the key drop box and instructions for the shop. I am so grateful for the help and support in an otherwise stressful time. I highly recommend!! Thank you Eddie!
