Costco Tire Service Center

I came in for a tire rotation and to replace a tire pressure senso two days ago. Unfortunately, the programmer was not working, which I believe is not acceptable for this type of service (common, it is a tire center!!) When I asked if they could call me back once it is fixed, I was refused and told that too many people were waiting for it and they would not be calling everyone. This experience definitely needs improvement. I did not feel a strong sense of responsibility or customer care at this location. Sadly, I will not be coming back

I was in complete tears after getting a flat tire and having a poor experience with a separate mechanic. I called Costco Tire Center completely annoyed and frustrated, and Reylin never matched my energy. He stayed calm, patient, and helped me through the entire process. He was so professional that I ended up apologizing for being rude. He truly went above and beyond to solve my problem and even stayed after closing to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of customer service is rare. I will definitely be back!

The guy with face piercings is the rudest most obnoxious person ever. Tina the manager should fire him. He gives the place a bad name. Refused to fix a slow leak in my tire on sat evening said my tires were too old. Came back a 2nd time with appointment for tire rotation and refused service a 2nd time.

I bought new tires for my car from them and have nothing but good things to say, except that making an appointment isn’t that easy. And if you want to save some time, although they do welcome walk-ins, you must book your time in advance.

They installed and balanced one tire. That said Robert, Alberto and another tech were quite rude. Customers are not there to annoy the staff. Robert tried to convince me that the OEM tires were manufactured in 2023, which is impossible as the car is a 2022. Robert refused to even look at the tire warranty and stated that the manager had to do it, Tina. She was not available and he told me she was at lunch and to come back another time. I did hear a woman’s voice issuing instructions over the PA. I feel that these guys were covering for her. A poor customer experience.
