I recently brought my 2023 BMW 330i in for service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team took care of a recall, performed a thorough inspection, and let me know that my tires needed replacement and that I would need a new engine mount. My service advisor, Jorge, provided excellent customer service, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure all my questions were answered. The service was spectacular, and I truly appreciate the honesty and care shown by the entire team. Love this place. Shout out to Ray! Made the process with getting my car fixed through insurance very easy and he always kept communication with me about any updates from the insurance. 10/10 overall , if I could give more then 5 stars I would. Also everyone at this service center is great, always super friendly and attentive to everyone

I had a great experience working with Ashley Farrell in the BMW of Greenwich / Mamaroneck Service Department. I brought in my X5M for routine maintenance and also mentioned a concern with the dashboard. Ashley was very attentive and made sure everything was properly addressed—especially reassuring me that the dashboard issue will be taken care of under warranty.
