I highly recommend Mr. Octavio Otiniano. From the very beginning, he treated us with professionalism, kindness, and patience. I brought in my X5M for routine maintenance and also mentioned a concern with the dashboard. Ashley was very attentive and made sure everything was properly addressed—especially reassuring me that the dashboard issue will be taken care of under warranty. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The operation was clean, efficient, and well-organized, and I really appreciated being provided with a courtesy loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced.
