I had a Great experience buying a used 2015 Subaru Forester from Chip and Tina ! It had a issue that they took care of right away and got Me on the road, handled all the paper work for an easy transaction! It's tuff finding a used car these days especially in My price range but found a pretty decent car, Thanks Chip and Tina for the Great service!!!

Went to get a tire rotation, and new tires put on. Speedy service, friendly environment! They even put my windshield wipers on free of charge, such great people!

Made an appointment to see chip the next day about a used F150 they had and when I got there the next day, they sent the truck to auction even though I had a lengthy discussion with the salesman about a trade in and cash. Regardless, when I arrived the next day after driving an hour and a 1/2 to see the truck And talk with the salesmen about it, they sent it to auction. Yet they got a bunch new cars in and even put them up for sale within the last 24 hours. Pretty sure they just go to auctions and buy cheap cars and slap a sticker on em. Its weird the only car I was interested in is the only car that went to auction.

UPDATE: they spray undercoat so you can’t see the bottom of the truck bed is rotted out! Chip Swanson is a shady salesman. UPDATE: when I bought the truck it was just freshly undercoated. Chip the sleezy salesman said that they didn’t do it to hide anything and it’s all completely perfect. Turns out the underside of the truck frame is completely rotted out. Thanks chip. Chip Swanson will screw you over six ways from Sunday. Customer service is nonexistent. Service writer says repairs were $555, Chip says the bill is $1100, (she didn’t mention $1100 at all to me) I said how is that and his response is I don’t know. He eventually dropped the price to $900. I called another shop and they said $600 out the door. Customer service is horrible at levant. My truck was 2000 miles over warranty, I get it, but he could’ve done something to help me out. The transfer case obviously was having issues before I bought it. (If that’s even the problem, I’m going to have an honest shop re-diagnose it for me) Chip will act like he’s your best friend until the lemon he sells you starts having problems. Rust on the fenders was covered with spray paint so you don’t notice it until the winter season wrecks havoc on those spots and the rust starts coming through. Do yourself a favor and stay away. By the way, litehouse auto owns levant motors. I’ll make sure to update this review when I get a new quote from the honest shop I took the truck to. Update: I got the transfer case replaced and afterwards it still wasnt acting right, turns out motor on the transfer case was also bad. They also found that the valve cover gasket was leaking horribly. Chip didn’t care, he put it on the lot. The shocks are leaking. The alignment is way out. Brakes were 5mm with heavy rust on the rotors. Levant/Litehouse auto are shysters. They don’t care if the vehicle is falling apart they’ll put it on the lot. STAY AWAY, DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID.

We used to love this shop. We now will be doing our own repairs and sending friends and family elsewhere. What a shame. Charging twice the hours, and at the highest rate, falling short of a good full job while we paid for the time to open things up, and came all that way. A good business uses mind and heart together.
