Had recall work done, Nolan got it in and was able to source the required parts needed with a national back order. David Ayen jumped on it, rotated the tires, changed the oil and replaced recall parts quickly and professionally, no need to check torque or go over the work myself because I know for a fact he does stuff right. This dealership makes Ram look good, and that's hard to do with any new vehicles. Good job fellas.

I bought my car about a month and an half ago and absolutely love my car. I do love the car but the price is a lot more than I was told, I never did get a hitch on it that I was very specific about needing. I was actually told after picking up the car that I can go somewhere and pay a few hundred to get one. Dan knew it needed brakes and never ordered them til a couple days ago because he forgot about them after I’ve been consistently asking about, then orders the cheapest ones with bad reviews. Like I said I love my car but I won’t go back. They are very polite and Dan acted like I was getting everything I had asked for but I definitely did not.
