When I arrived for the appointment, my vehicle was taken in right away, and the service was completed efficiently—I was in and out in no time. Although I was not very happy of the outcome with my visit, I will say some good things first. They are very professional the facilities are clean. They have a really nice waiting area for you while you get work done The guy that helped me Mike was very cool The technician brought me back and showed me in detail everything that was wrong My problem is that I was able to find the parts online for 191.00. The estimate to fix the issue and parts was $1000. Potentially up to $2000. I think this may be the going rate at garages but we’re taking $800 mark up on parts plus labor.

I wanna give the people at this place a big Brooklyn shout out! Ive been to many places but this place by far is top notch and very transparent, which is a rare gem in the automotive market. I especially want to give Alanna a shout out cause that there is a woman that gives it to you as it is and is very patient and understanding! And all those men i spoke to in-between changing my go to date! Too make a short story shorter, I was making an appointment to get brakes and rotors(front&back)done and had it scheduled then unforseen issues presented itself and had to tackle that before doing the brakes and rotors, well this issue with my vehicle took alot longer than expected and of course, for courtesy reasons, I kept warren tire in the loop and another date was given. Well, this went on for quite some time and every time I called to reschedule, everyone is spoke too was nice and patient, which in this time and age is truly a breath of fresh air! I finally went in today to get the job done, and not even a half an hour in I was informed by Alanna that my brakes and rotors were still good and there was no need to change them, saved a bunch of money and I didnt have to switch to geico! I truly appreciate you all for being the people you are and putting the customers first!

Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. Any time I’ve ever gone to Warren Tire they have gone out of their way. I brought my truck in recently to have an alignment done and they were booked out 10+ days. They allow me to just drop my truck off and they had it done the next day! I have never had a bad experience with their service or sales department. Thank you, Warren Tire of plattsburgh!

Great price easy quick installation that was free when you purchase the tires and they allow you to store your off season tires on site in a warehouse at no charge. I can drive through a foot of snow in my studded nokian nordman winter tires. Awesome
