Sam's Club Tire & Battery

This Sams club is awful as far as getting in.for tire or battery. You can never get in for walk in and When you call ahead to make appointment for tires you get switched to their call Center which does not make accurate appointments as told at the Store not to use it. When you call the day before they tell you to come in first think next day and will fit you in. Drove 3O minutes on snowy roads and when arrived was told that I needed to make appointment . Also when I called yesterday to have my tires switched out they asked if I bought my tires there which I had. If I had not they were not going to provide the tire service! New policy apparently! Both men working there were extremely rude and grumpy! Horrible Customer service ! Taking my business to Town Fair Tire as customer service much better, fair price and accomodating!

Nothing but good experience with Sams auto. Had 3 appointments and all 3 went great. Mike is a super honest dude, great customer service.

Very nice and clean store everything is involved which is good if you have a lot of children
