Have went to this dealer for service a few times now and they have always been by far the best in upstate NY. Now considering next vehicle purchase here because of the outstanding service department as a whole. Thanks again Della Chevy service département.

Saturday morning Appointment went great. Waiting room was clean, They got the truck in on time and out. Truck was returned clean and everything done. No issues found on the truck made for a great oil and tire appointment.

Was happy with my work until I found out that the service department didn't finish the job, and I have to go over all their work to make sure it was completed. I had a transmission replaced. The transmission cross member has four 6-inch bolts, and they were not even finger tight. I wonder what else is loose or just not done, and I'll find out when it breaks. Hope it wont be a big expensive repair. Doubt that they will even respond. But they want reviews from customers, and now they have one. Be wary!
