Around September of 2025 I took my car for coolant leak. Mechanic lifted car and showed me a rubber the that was leaking. I payed 276 for work. By November car was leaking again. I took car after that and person told me he had done me a favor by getting it off market and would need to get from dealer. I waited for him to call dealer for him to tell me part alone was 390. He will do me a favor and not charge me labor. Part was spider heater hose. He told me I could look online but no gurantee. I left and called dealer and was told there is an inlet and outlet. One was 40 and the other 31. Even if i got both no where close to 390. I took it to mechanic in Oceanside and fixed leak with part I got. Not sure If he was doing me a favor or not but Hope money he ripped me off from is good for him. Problem is when mechanics see a woman they think they can take advantage and probably they can. Would not recommend at all.
