Pine Plains Tractor and Equipment

I am by no means a regular customer of thiers, but whenever I deal with them, I feel like I am. Whether it be parts or sales, I feel they go above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. I feel relieved every time I talk to someone that there are still companies that treat customers as good as they do. I would recommend them to anyone and have found their help incredible over the years.

I talked with Brian this morning about my interest in a used machine they had for sale. The financing sounded appealing on the phone so I made the trip to go see it. After testing it out, filling out paperwork, and running my credit, a coworker informed us that it had been sold already, two days prior. So I wasted a 2 hour trip and a hard hit on my credit!!! thanks for NOTHING!

Stopped there because I am looking to buy a tractor and I wasn't there 5 minutes and a friendly salesman came right out to discuss each unit. He was extremely knowledgeable on the capabilities of each unit.I prefer to buy local and support our community when I can. Whether your a homeowner, contractor, or farmer I'm sure this place has what you need or will have it in short order upon request. My tractor came home broken with something it didn’t have wrong when it left! Owner unwilling to help, rude, arrogant, insulting. Good riddance.
