We bought our Dodge RAM Tradesman from Marc today and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for my husband's first time buying a new vehicle. Marc was so knowledgeable, the guy in finance (I forget his name but he looked Italian lol) was honest and real, and there was absolutely no BS from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Marc in sales, along with Wayel the manager and Dalton in finance. The entire team was fair, professional, and genuinely willing to work with me to reach an agreement that made sense for both sides. When I arrived, Marc was already at the door ready to greet me, and the vehicles I was interested in had been pulled up and ready to view. We test drove a few options, discussed numbers, worked through my trade-in, and ultimately reached a deal that everyone felt good about. Wayel has built a great team here, and it really shows throughout the entire process. Another huge benefit for me is that I work nearby, and they also have an excellent service department that I’ve used several times in the past for other vehicles. I cannot remember the name of the finance person who helped me ( his name started with a D) he was also very helpful and pleasant to me. I was treated with dignity and respect. I did not walk on with an 800 credit score and they were still all very kind and friendly with me, they got me approved for the new to me vehicle that I wanted, and i took it home the same day. I am very happy the people i directly dealt with and the dealership as a whole.
