North Coast Service Center

The guys at North Coast Service Center go above and beyond! I took my car in to get my wheel bearing replaced on my Subaru Forester. Jamie discovered one of my rear coil springs had snapped. Before even telling me, they went ahead and called Subaru and found out that the springs were under a safety recall and that they would replace them for free. North Coast could have just suggested repairing it themselves without even suspecting a recall or checking with Subaru, but they went the extra mile to look further into the issue and saved me a good amount of money. That is what you call honest, intelligent and thorough service that inspires trust. Thank you, Jamie and North Coast! You guys are top notch!

This by far is the only place I will bring my car to be serviced!! I had something wrong with my car and brought it to another service repair center and they told me it was my transmission. Needless to say, I couldn’t drive my car off their lot. I had called Northcoast and spoke to Jamie and he got me right in. I had to get my car towed there. After 5 minutes they figured out that it was NOT the transmission as the last place stated and in fact was a easy repair! James was so pleasant to work with. He doesn’t give you the run around or over charge you, like most other places I have been to try and do. They are honest, have amazing customer service and do amazing work! They gained a life long customer!

My father recently stopped by North Coast Service Center to see about getting an appointment to have a scratch down the side of his vehicle repaired. Much to his surprise James came out, looked at the vehicle and did the repair right on the spot. The kindness that was shown to my father by James is truly appreciated. Instead of potentially trying to take advantage of an elderly person, James did the opposite and treated him with respect and kindness. The car looks fantastic and we cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend them and I know we have now found a repair shop where we will be treated fairly and receive great service. Again, a huge thank you to James!

I was in a pinch with getting my winter tires on for my Corolla, due to me going out of town that weekend. When I called North Coast & I explained my situation they wanted to get me in right away like I was absolutely blown away because usually it’s a 3-4 hour wait with these other service centers, but I didn’t have to wait that at all it was way quicker than I expected. They made an exception for me & that’s true service. I really felt like they put me the customer as number one priority & you cannot beat that. Thank you North Coast!

I had my vehicle serviced there and they exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job in an extremely timely fashion and at a fair price. I had an appointment at 3:00. They took my keys at exactly 3:00 as they promised. Not only did they repair my vehicle they went beyond to do some little extras that made them stand out. These things I did not mention to them but they did it anyways. I usually don't write reviews because I have extremely high standards which are often hard to meet or unrealistic, but these guys are worth the effort as I am extremely pleased. They have earned my business as they will be working on all my vehicles from here on out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. Just a class act and in this business that's hard to find.
