I was very impressed by the courtesy, efficiency, professionalism, and skill with which Hawk carried out the body and paint work to fix the damage to my car. The pricing was very fair, the materials and workmanship were top notch, and the car came out looking as good as or better than new. I highly recommend Hawk and would entrust them with future work without reservation.

Hawk did an amazing job on my damaged front end. Also got an oil change, tierod ball joint and full alignment done while it was there. Very reasonably priced and amazing staff. I would highly recommend them.

Matt, the owner of hawk frame and axle is awesome! From the initial contact to the estimating and the insurance claim everything went perfect. Long story short our truck went underneath a bridge and had its roof torn off. The work that they did on the roof looked better than factory. I had a very poor experience with Hawk Frame & Axle. The only thing they were quick to do was deposit my check. They over promised and under delivered on both timing and cost. They did not check their final work, which was not done correctly the first go around. Because of this, I had to wait around all day for things to be corrected, forcing us to depart in our RV at night in the winter, something we were very much wanting to avoid. They were charged with some electrical diagnosis and fixes on our RV and it went completely dead on the freeway, not 15 minutes from their shop, putting myself and my young daughter in a very dangerous situation. Sadly, even after being made aware of this, they have not followed up once. I believe this company is more concerned about billing shop hours than fixing things properly.
