The staff at Gerber Collision was very helpful and professional. Nicki was our representative who made us feel comfortable and at home. We received fun updates on the progress for our vehicle. And, our vehicle repair completion was four days early. The work done is beautiful. It’s like we bought a new car which is better than our old one.

I gratefully went with the Fairport Road Gerber location after unfortunately hitting a deer. Gerber was extremely helpful every step of the way. The receptionist helped me schedule a car rental and worked with me through that process. The service provider Rob was absolutely excellent at keeping me informed with every step of the process. He was detailed, specific, and provided excellent information and service on the vehicle. The work conducted on the vehicle was absolutely fantastic. They correctly diagnosed and repaired every issue caused by the deer hit, and buffed out many scratches on other portions of my car. They were very thoughtful about checking the compressor for the air conditioning, running lights, and anything else that was possibly impacted in the accident. I picked the car up and it’s gleaming! The detail work was great. Hopefully I never have another accident but if I do, Gerber would absolutely be my number one choice for repair. I highly recommend them.

If you have a choice take your car somewhere else for work. Communication was horrible. They have one person to call with updates, if he’s out it’s radio silence. Quoted 2 weeks when I scheduled service. My car sat for 3-4 days before they disassembled. It then went up to 5 weeks. The day prior to be quoted for pickup, they said another week as it had yet to be painted. It sat for a week not being painted. When I picked it up there was a warning light on the dash. I thought it was something simple the dealer could reset, it was in fact not. Additionally, the paint job is horrible unless you like orange peel paint work. Save yourself and go elsewhere.
