Was in and out quickly. It's pricy since you're paying for speed and convenience, but I would go again. You will have to verbally decline additional services they recommend. They're not pushy, just doing their job. Recieved a discount for being a first responder. They also offer a military discount.

Valvoline in Webster is great! Highly recommend them! Gianna was super friendly, helpful and had great customer service! My dad, Mike C. went in for service on Monday morning for an oil change for his white ford van. He commented how nice everyone was and how helpful Gianna was! In and out quick! Thank you!

The manager Eric was SO nice! I brought my car in because my 6 year old had put a squish toy thru the front vent and I couldn’t find it when I lifted the hood. He was able to find said toy and sent me on my way. Great customer service every time! Thank you, Eric!

Outstanding service. Brought my wifes toyota for an oil change. Everything was quick, efficient and professional. Eric was awesome. I asked if they service toyota transmissions with the dual plug. Instead of saying yes to get the sale, he got the manager. Mark knew his stuff. He was professional, informative and not pushy at all. I opted to get the service and he was involved with every step to make sure nothing was missed. I returned w/my silverado to have that transmission flushed. I just had engine work done at another shop. That mechanic told me my fluid was horrible and I had to have it flushed right away. Quoted me $400. Mark showed me carfax had the trans being flushed 2 yrs ago(before I bought it). He still checked the fluid and showed me it was good. Also showed me a video of my check plug leaking bad from the other shop over tightening and cracking the gasket. He replaced the plug at no charge when he could have really worked me over. I asked, what carfax showed hadn't been done and he explained everything. They did both of my differentials in less than 10mins. Even showed me the drain plugs, so I could see mine needed it and what not changing the fluid really does. Ive since come with my son and his jeep. Danny & Ryan were great as well. 3 oil changes, 2 differentials,1 transmission ZERO COMPLAINTS. I am highly recommending this place for anyone that wants an honest professional place they can trust.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. I had an air conditioning failure that could have been the vehicle needing a coolant refresh. They checked first and it seemed the condenser was working alright and they proceeded with the coolant refresh. But, the AC still did not cool. They did not charge me because the problem still persisted. They had worked on it for over an hour. I was impressed with their professionalism and honesty. 5+ stars.
