This is the best repair shop in town. They are extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and best of all super trustworthy. Throughout the process, they’re super accommodating and very thorough. They didn’t just throw parts at it, they diagnosed it, showed me pictures, and explained what was actually wrong. You can tell they’re thorough and actually care about doing things right instead of just rushing jobs. Hard to find shops that are this detailed and honest. Definitely appreciate the work and transparency. Safe to say I found my go-to shop.

They replaced my engine with one that has lower miles, and the difference is unbelievable. My car now runs like it’s brand new—smooth, reliable, and no issues at all. I was even able to drive all the way to Ohio from upstate New York and back without a single problem the very next day which really gave me confidence in their work. They turned a really frustrating situation into a great outcome. I truly appreciate their professionalism, quality work, and honesty. I would definitely recommend Turners Auto Shop to anyone who needs reliable repairs done right.
