Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Ordered 4 new tires. They arrived in a few days, but I couldn't make the appointment so they easily re-scheduled. Tires were installed and looked great. I bought all-season tires for the same price as stock replacement tires from the dealer.

DO NOT GO TO MR. TIRE!!!! They left me with worse alignment than I went in with. They stated they could not get it straight and tried to say something was wrong with my car. They also still charged me half price for making my car worse! I should have called my credit card company and disputed the charge, but at the time they had me so worried something was seriously wrong with my car, I was not even thinking straight. Today I went to Mavis and had a perfect experience. It is what reminded me to write this review from my experience a year and a half ago, so no one else has to have this experience. While you are at it, avoid the whole Monroe Muffler family because they did worse to my fiance - by not even finishing the job he paid them to do. He discovered this by finding his manual vehicle in a different location than he parked it because they didn’t reattached his parking brake. He/they were very lucky it did not hit anything. So yea. Try Mavis! Or I hear Dunn is great. :)

Excellent, quick service. I'm from out of town and had a tire out on the expressway. They were able to get me in at a reasonable time, and pretty quick efficient service. Prices were very comparable.

On a Saturday afternoon, the guys at Mr. Tire Panorama got me in and out. Something in the road slashed my tire open. They had a perfect replacement on hand and swapped the tire without any trouble. My only regret is that I didn't get the road hazard insurance when I originally bought the tires last Fall.

Made an online appointment for an inspection three days in advance. I got there and they bring it in the garage and I heard someone say “ another inspection?” Like they didn’t want to do it. Then the manager comes out and says before they start inspecting that my window tint was too dark to pass, especially the back. The car was barely tinted at all, completely see through. Bought three years ago brand new with no extra tint added and has passed inspection the last two years with no issues. The manager said I’d have to get the tint removed to pass inspection, which was a lie because I brought it right to another shop after that and passed inspection. Unprofessional and dishonest.
