Firestone Complete Auto Care

My recent experience at this Firestone location was excellent. I am pleased with how I was treated and pleased with the service I received and the tires I purchased. I was referred to the Empire Blvd. 14580 store by a close friend who also does business there and is happy with the way he is treated.

The workers were really sweet and easy to work with. I came in to get my yearly safety inspection and they were finished in 20 minutes. They also didn’t charge me an arm and leg for the service either. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for auto care.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Work was not discussed with the intake individual. Only notes that were taken when called for an appointment. Work was completed that was not expected and price was WAY more than expected. I have never had issues with our local Firestone which is why I recommended it to my son. I think they were taking advantage of a young college student. Their prices didn't add up to what they were saying it cost. Very dishonest practices.

Very good. Quick service, 4 tires and alignment. Second visit. Rates 9 It would've been a 10 if they would check and adjust the tire pressure whether under or over. I got there a few minutes early, car was in not long after that. Didn't take too long for an oil change and tire rotation so I would say satisfied. I like the idea they did not upsell me on everything as I replace the air filters, wipers and the easy to do stuff myself.
