West Herr Subaru of Lockport’s Service Department was clean, organized and comfortable. Mercedes and the rest of staff was pleasant, easy to talk to, listened, very knowledgeable and provided accurate and dependable service. Mercedes was AWESOME TO WORK WITH!!!! I explained my issues, had great conversation about my needs and provided resolutions in a timely manner. I was provided a “loaner” vehicle while my repairs and services were completed. Pricing was reasonable for work being done at a dealership.

I had a wonderful experience for my first maintenance visit since purchasing my new Subaru. The staff is helpful and friendly, and West Herr created a warm and welcoming waiting area with comfy chairs and tasty beverages. Not a bad way to wait for your service to be completed!

They were immensely helpful and extremely friendly. They have a customer for life. Key guy actually called and got me in there to help me with my problem and he was amazing. He even checked up with me afterwards to make sure everything went well. Cole was very helpful and showed me all of the things I didn't know about the buttons in my new car.
