A five star experience from beginning to end. Mark greeted me at the door and we quickly went over all details of my scheduled service. My car was ready when promised and the quality of work was outstanding. The team was thorough, courteous and professional. A pleasant experience indeed!

A few days ago I noticed it was time to get my Honda's oil changed so as usual I went to West Herr Honda in Lockport. Mark was right there to help me, started the job immediately and got me on my way. The people working at this dealership are all professional but nice and had some snacks and coffee while waiting. Great experience and giving a shout-out to Mark.

Quick and easy. They were able to get us in the same day. They do a complete check over of your car and even send you a video summary showing you what they looked at, even just for an oil change. It made me feel informed and safe with their feedback. Paul did an amazing job on our car.

I had a scheduled Service for my 2024 Honda CRV. I had the oil changed, tire rotation, brake fluid changed, & Rear Differential drained. Paul said it would take about an hour & a half. I was happy that it was exactly as he said, no more waiting & while I waited it was so cool that they send you an actual video of the condition of the underside of your vehicle & the brakes, all along narrating their findings. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend West Herr Honda in Lockport with Paul as your Service person.

Had my first complimentary maintenance appointment on May 29th. Everyone was wonderful! I was in and out very quickly and they even sent me a video of all they did! Quite cool of you ask me!!
