West Herr Collision Center Lockport

The team at WH collaborated with the Progressive adjusters to access total damages incurred from a rearended accident to my Nissan Frontier SV Truck on March 11, 2026. Once the parts were received to start the repair process the Progressive team kept me updated every couple days based on feedback from the tech team at WH. Chandler from WH and Casey from Progressive were very thorough in their evaluation and projected timeline to completion. I called Subaru with a concern regarding a scratch on my car. Within 20 minutes my car had been looked at and taken to the West Herr collision center. Chandler worked on my car and did an excellent job of removing the scratch to the point I was unable to find where it was. Samantha Gross coordinated the repair and I was home in just over an hour of the call. Thank you, Chandler for doing such a great job and also fixing another spot I hadn't seen. All free of charge!

We used this shop for repairs on my daughter car after she hit a deer. A day after dropping the car off we got a call saying The Insurance approved the claim and they were starting the disassembling process while they wait for the parts to arrive.. Her car sat at this shop for a month and a half. After we picked the car up we noticed that the white paint they used to paint the parts with did not match the car. You would think they would feather in the paint so it was not so obvious. Or use the exact paint color. Then two days after we brought the car home the check engine light came on… they tried to blame it on us, saying the car was brought in with the check engine light on. Of course the light would be on! It was in an accident! Im sure something jumbled around or came disconnected or sensor was triggered. They recommended we take it to Kia west Herr in orchard park (a hour way) because they could not resolve the problem… our car sat in orchard park for another 3 weeks before being told it’s a electrical communication problem to the transmission probably from sitting for so long with the battery disconnected, and the only thing they could suggest is to do a transmission repair.. needless to say we brought the car home and are currently looking for an honest repair shop to help us with the electrical problem because the car runs fine and there is no signs of transmission problem. Never was a concern before hitting the deer and still not a concern. The damage from the deer was more cosmetic no major parts were damaged or repaired. But they sure did find a way to claim 8,000 worth of damages repairs from my insurance company…

Kelly and all the staff are amazing to work with. Our truck looked brand new again when we got it back. Highly recommend this facility to get repairs done at!!

I took my van for repair due to another driver running into the back side of it when trying to park. I had several estimates done at other shops for repair but the estimators at those shops did not listen to my concerns in the way they proposed making the repair. I finally gave West Herr Lockport collision center a call for an estimate. I wish I could remember the woman's name that spoke with me and listened to my concerns before making the estimate. She even called over the repair guy to discuss the options for the repair. She truly listened to me. After receiving the estimate, I was confident that this shop would complete the repair and that my van would look as if nothing ever happened! I brought the van in for repair and Jillian was sure to share with me the process for completing the repair and was sure that I understood all the paperwork that I needed to sign. Jillian and Kendal did an amazing job of keeping me updated on where my vehicle was in the repair process. My vehicle was completed in about 4 days time. I am very happy with the result. I appreciate that the estimator, repairer and office staff took time to listen and talk with me about the best way to complete the repair. Excellent work was done! Thank you!
