Brian at West Herr is awesome! He keeps you up to date on every step of the vehicle trouble and what needs to happen to get repaired. Knowing they were keeping the vehicle a while, he made it very easy to get a rental car so we would not be inconvenienced. Very pleasant to deal with. I had dealt with Brian last time and he was just as pleasant as well. I would not hesitate to have my vehicle work done there with Brian in charge. He is an asset for the dealership service department. 10 stars!

I had a very poor experience having my vehicle repaired at West Herr. The repair involved the rear of my vehicle, and the work was done quickly—but clearly sloppily. When I went to pick up my car the first time, I immediately noticed several serious issues. The rear windshield visibly moved when pressure was applied. When I raised this concern, the representative told me that this movement was “normal,” which later proved to be completely untrue. I also pointed out that the rear wiper was hanging down improperly. His response was, “Oh, that’s just on upside down—we can fix that.” I then noticed that the rear seal had clearly been peeled off and stuffed back in. It was uneven, poorly seated, and looked completely unprofessional. The representative claimed he had “missed that,” despite the fact that it was obvious. At that point, I refused to take the vehicle and demanded it be fixed properly. When I returned again, the seal was now broken. As soon as I walked in, the same representative grabbed his jacket. When I asked why, he said it was “to go look at your car.” I asked whether it was really necessary for me to go outside with him to point out the same exact issue we had already discussed the day before—clearly indicating he had not checked the work again. He said yes. Once outside, I pointed to the same seal issue. He said he “didn’t see it before now.” I also pushed on the rear windshield again—this time it did not move. I asked him why, the day before, he told me that movement was normal. He had no response. At that point, I told him I knew I had been lied to and that I still would not be accepting the vehicle. Only then did he admit that a new seal would need to be ordered, confirming that they had simply peeled off and attempted to reuse the old seal in the first place, likely hoping I wouldn’t notice. It was not until the third visit that the vehicle was finally repaired to an acceptable standard. I was forced to use this repair shop by my insurance, and I strongly recommend that anyone else in the same position thoroughly inspect their vehicle before accepting it. This experience showed a lack of attention to detail, poor quality control, and dishonesty that I would never voluntarily accept again.

Brian was great to work with. He made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process of diagnosing my car’s issues, ordering my new transmission, and estimating the time it would take until it was completed. He provided detailed pictures showing my car’s problem areas as well. I was very happy with the service I received from start to finish.

I have taken my Charger to West Herr for various appointments. Brett and the team has been very helpful to addressing any issues with my car. They have been very prompt and timely in helping me with any issue. Would highly recommend.

Brett was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He did a great job of addressing my concerns and communicating what he did. Price was not a concern as it was covered under warranty. But, there's no "N/A" option for price. Highly recommended!
