I have had the pleasure of taking my car(s) for service and repairs for more than a decade to Pro Tech Benz. Before opening Pro Tech, Quintin worked as a mechanic at Mercedes Benz -- earning the title of Master Mechanic after training in Germany at Mercedes Benz/AMG factories. Trust me, he really knows these cars! Please don't let the size of his shop fool you. The quality of work that they perform is exceptional. Through the years I've gone to them many times for service and each time I brought my car to them they were not only detail oriented with the repair but also extremely comprehensive and fitted my vehicle with only genuine Mercedes Benz parts. Furthermore, their pricing is very fair and transparent. Integrity is a core value at Pro Tech Benz and it is something that sets them apart from other mechanics. This was my first visit to Pro Tech Benz and it will now be the only place that services my car. I brought my 2007 s550 in for service and to track down a vibration that was driving me crazy. Quinten is a true professional and my problem was solved with new motor and transmission mounts. And at a fair price. Highly recommend ProTech Benz!

I had an older Mercedes Benz that I love. I went to other mechanics who could not figure the problem out and gave up. Three months and two mechanics later only this guy figured it out. He has a shop in the back. If you have a Mercedes Benz you need to take it here. His price is good and he's easy to deal with. I will only take my Benz to him. He's better than Mercedes Benz of new rochelle and White plains. They were absolutely no help at all. Give him a call if you want your car running like new!

I have to thank God, that my family and I found Pro tech Benz. I prayed for a good mechanic & I had no complaints, when my daughter and I, took our cars to get fixed. Quintin made sure that he check the cars out first before working on them. and he did such a great job that we never had to return for the same problem. Had such a great experience with my ML350 at pro tech Benz — so much so that I had to write a review. I needed new brake pads and a sensor for the engine. Quintin was professional and to the point with everything. He provided me with different options in pricing. Told me what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. After having gone to another Place- and having a conversation with the dealership where they both wanted to make this process so scary and involved—— I felt so relieved to have found pro tech. My car runs well and everything was addressed without any hidden unnecessary surcharges.
