Ultimate Collision Center

I was recommended to UCC by my auto mechanic. I was very pleased with the work performed on my vehicle. It was a very easy process thanks to Bill. I hope I never need to have my car repaired again but if I do I wouldn’t consider anyone but Ultimate Collision Center. Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop!

I had a very disappointing experience with Ultimate Auto Body. I went in for a simple estimate for bumper damage and was told I would receive an estimate by email. I waited all night and never received anything. The next morning, I called and was told their system was down, but that they would still try to get me an estimate. It is now Saturday night, the shop is closed, and I still haven’t received an estimate, a call back, or any follow-up whatsoever. If they didn’t want the job, they should have just said so. Instead, they made promises they didn’t keep and failed to communicate at every step. Extremely poor customer service and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend Ultimate Auto Body to anyone looking for reliable or professional service.

I don’t care if have to drive from the Bronx to this shop, because in the and if completely worth it. The attention and the service is excellent, my boy DJ is really friendly and servicial. And the boss is a super awesome to deal with it. They deal with Insurance directly, and install original parts. I recommend 💯 x 💯 this place, if you truly love your car this is your place to take care the love one.
