Ozzy's Auto Clinic and Discount Tire

Best place I've ever brought my cars to. I've been using Ozzy's for about 2 years now and they always take great care of my 2 cars, which are both around 100k miles. I won't go anywhere else. When my Elantra had a difficult problem, they personally drove it around until the problem was replicated and then towed it back, fixed it, and to top it all off they charged me a very fair price. When I moved further north, I brought another car to a place more local to me. The other place quoted me an insane price and said it would need a part from the manufacturer. I decided to travel back to Ozzys and they fixed it in house that day and I paid less than half the other places quote. DONT GOT ANYWHERE ELSE. OZZYS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!

I was in a bind and needed an inspection to re-register my Jeep. I had a check engine light with multiple codes (not a good situation). Matteo was great and provided a great attitude. He got me in real fast and the mechanic started diagnosing. Long story short, they handled 3 separate issues promptly and professionally. (Oil cooler replacement, Evac fuel vapor monitor and a speed sensor) They did the work and I took the car on a drive cycle coming back with no check engine light. They immediately took the car back inside, hooked up the diagnostic equipment and provided an inspection sticker. This put me in a good place to say the least. Job well done and I will be coming back after having such a good experience. Considering how promptly my needs were met, the complexity of the cooler replacement, in addition to all the other issues, I was satisfied with the final cost.

I had a great experience today at Ozzy’s Auto Clinic. They were honest, upfront and fair with pricing. No pressure and no unnecessary work. What really stood out was their kindness and customer service. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, and this shop absolutely earned it! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Avoid if you value your time and basic respect. Brought my car in for a state inspection — something I've done at Ozzy's for the past two years without issue. This time, they failed me for window tint non-compliance. The same tints. The same car. The same shop that passed me twice before. When I questioned it, I asked to see the actual readings. Turns out their tint meter was broken. Completely inoperative. They failed my car with a broken instrument and didn't even realize it — or didn't care. Here's where it went from incompetent to insulting: rather than owning the mistake, the man (appeared to be the owner) brushed me off and told me to "come back when they get a new machine." No apology. No acknowledgment that they just wasted my time with a faulty result. If your equipment doesn't work, you don't get to fail customers with it. And if you make a mistake, you own it. Neither happened here.
