Fenix Parts Watertown (Previously Eiss Brothers)

I purchased a used engine/motor from Fenix with 21,000 miles on it for my Nissan Suv. After the engine was installed 3 days later the motor started making a knocking noise. I Called Fenix and requested a full refund and was told by Isabel there was no way there was anything wrong with the motor. They wanted to put the blame back on the shop who installed it. Two or three weeks went by and I was still going back and forth with them and I finally decided maybe I needed to take legal action. That was when they wanted to give me a full refund and apologize for the way i was treated. Thanks to the junk engine they sold me it filled my catalytic convertor full of oil and that now has to be replaced. See you in court!!

I ordered this part on a Wednesday day at 11 am the guy said i could pick it up by Friday at the latest I called today and he said the part is for a Mazda right I said no it’s for a Chevy then he said oh well if it’s not out by Monday it will be Tuesday. If that’s the case I would have never bought the part through them. I wouldn’t ever order from them again

I needed a replacement hatch for my minivan, I looked all over trying to find an exact color match with minimal rust and damage. I found one online at Fenix Parts, at a reasonable price. I dealt with Amanda - her customer service was absolutely amazing - she went above and beyond expectations. Not only did she make sure I got all the parts I needed, but she ensured they were delivered quickly and in sound condition. Once I installed it, the hatch looked original to the van, no one ever guesses it's a replacement!! 10/10 for customer service and product. Thank you, Amanda!!!

Great awesome prices and had a door and a fender same color I needed and for a new 2021 Honda Pilot. Its supper hard to find parts these days but John was able to get what I needed. I will use them again. Great people to deal with. Especially John Bushey. Thanks alot for all your help . I drove out all the way from Missouri and they had everything I needed to finish my project.

Was a good place to go but not any more More worried about expanding and not taking care of the customer we get a bunch of stuff from them motors transmissions last motor we just got supposed to only have 150 something thousand looks like it's one of those ones that has 300 + thousand on it leaking from every gasket broken bauhausen bolts oil dipstick tube ripped off it broken manifold bolts which is common understand but still have to get them out Not even cleaned usually wash a motor for you get it added pictures below to see
