Justin and the team went above and beyond to help us with service on our food truck that we recently purchased,. Thorough, efficient and fairly priced. We brought the truck in knowing of some issues, they discovered other issues and made it very clear and showed us what actually was incorrect or unsafe. They also worked with us on what made the most sense for prioritizing service and in a clear way- communicated a game plan for going forward. I’m so grateful that we found Justin and he was able to help us. We will absolutely be returning for all of our service needs.

This is an honest review and detailed review; I have the text conversations to prove it. I brought my truck here on 9/06/2022. I was told we will bring it in for a diagnostic tomorrow 9/07. Ok great. Next day comes, the truck was not it. Ok fine I’m patient I know there are other trucks in the shop. 9/08 comes, I get a text closer to closing time after I’ve called the shop and received no answer. Then, I get a response with what might be the issue and the kid who runs the shop says, “I’ll have a quote to you by the end of the day”. All talk. No performance. If your going to say something of that magnitude, deliver on your word. Don’t beat around the bush don’t make excuses. Or simply say “hey I can’t get your truck into next week, your choice whether you want to wait or not.” He talks the talk but can’t deliver. 4 days my truck sat there with no results. Then he says I’m out of the shop working on government work I’m busy. Ok? Have your shop call me. No call. Nothing. Im not here to give companies bad reviews but if your going to be in Business, be great to your customers bc they keep you open. A typical hotshot with no backbone.

Amazing work and very friendly they found my problem and had me back on the road in a very timely manner. Thank you for everything you did.
