​Full Throttle

Make sure you look everything over in detail. When I first looked at the camper the biggest issue was a soft floor in the bathroom. Full Throttle offered to repair it and did so. They did a decent enough job (could have done the soft spots outside the bathroom that likely originated from the same issue), though it took several weeks. The front bunk was not out when we looked at it, so I asked if everything was ok with it. I was told it had some screen damage. When asked to clarify they said there were some holes that were patched. Fine, no bid deal. I get it home 3 weeks after putting the down payment, set it up and boy was I surprised. The first picture shows the "screen damage", second shows a bigger issue. Needs a whole new canvas, ~$500. Leaked like crazy on the first rain. I want to give them higher stars because I really liked them, I just wish they were more honest when asked. At the end of the day it's my fault for not forcing them to open everything up, turn everything on, and prove every inch of the camper.

I was responding to an ad for a boat. Talked to the owner Floyd the night before. We scheduled a time to meet for the next day and he assured me that he would hold it until then. He did not. Understandable, he didn't know who I was as a potential buyer. Yet he had my phone number and did not notify me ahead of time. After I had attempted to contact him prior. Made the journey there to find out the boat was sold. It is usually the small tells on how people behave that make it so you will want to do business with that person. Honor and integrity is a big deal for me, and to no surprise not many others.

Bought a honda pilot from them, had it a year now and love the thing! My husband just bought a truck from him and loves it. Floyd's friend (Dave Gump) fixed little things that my husband wanted done without extra charge. WILL BUY A CAMPER NEXT YEAR FROM THEM!! Thanks guys
