I highly recommend Gordon’s garage to everyone . I had the transmission rebuilt in my Chevy 3500 . Jerry is a 2nd generation transmission guru. I live 1 1/2 hours away and with that being said Jerry is the only person who I will let diagnose and work on all my transmission needs .

He disassembled our transmission which was under warranty unauthorized, so repair wasn't covered. Then he got rid of our old parts so they couldnt be put back in for warranty investigator to prove faulty torque converter. Then rebuilt transmission unauthorized and wants to charge us. Refused to come to agreement on price. Refused to give police my keys to my truck, hid the truck. This guy is horrible, crocked, and should be shut down. It's ok I will see him in court.

We scheduled an appointment for our truck, waited a week till they could get us in, dropped off the truck on Sept 4th for a Sept 5th appointment. We had no reason to believe that the truck would be sitting in a parking lot until they were able to get to it. Called Sept 6th to get an update to find out they wont get to it till the following week. I am furious, we only have one vehicle and were not told it would sit. Why did we schedule an appointment? We were not informed of any of this. We lost work, need to do local feed mill errands to keep our farm running amongst other local errands, the truck can stay with us until they are ready to work on it, this is poor business practice to leave customers hanging. Very irritated and disappointed.

Excellent service, accurate diagnosis, not a fly by night kind of shop. These guys stand behind their work. Would definitely recommend
