This company is amazing and I want to give a shout out to Tyler C. He kept us in the loop and communicated with us with everything. Dispatch ladies were very pleasant and were amazing. Truly don’t ever do reviews but they deserve one. Thank you again Val-U Auto and Tyler C. Nicest tow truck driver I have ever met.

Absolutely Do Not recommend. My tire went completely flat. I abandoned my car and walked home. My insurance repeatedly requested a tow to the garage of my choice. My car sat unlocked with the keys in it all day. I canceled the tow by the end of the day since the garage had closed for the day and the tow truck had not arrived.

Joe from Elmira helped me out with a flat tire. He was very timely. Called me with an eta shortly after I placed the insurance call. Very polite and courteous. He even pointed me in the direction of some reasonable priced tire after changing the flat. Will use value auto again.

So we were in need and this company did not hesitate. They got to our stranded car in a perfect time frame. They had us all fixed by morning. Staff was friendly, helpful and just plain nice. Thanks!

I would give no stars, if I could!!! THE WORST!!! We live in the oneida area and my daughter has had to use their services twice now. Twice, they never showed, despite repeated complaints to our roadside service that dispatched them. Then, I need them when I broke down,they took the job through my Hagerty roadside assistance, and continued to blow me off for hours. They took the job at 915 AM, I waited hours, they kept staring they would be there in 20... 25...15 minutes...for over 4 hours, u til they canceled. My roadside assistance couldn't find any other tow services, so they put an order into them, again. They said 60 to 90 minutes. We waited 2 hours, nonshow, again!!!
