The most honest guy I have talked to. Our truck was too big and questionable on fixing and instead of him taking in and working it to death he listened to everything we have done, and said it wasn’t the job for him. I appreciate his honesty and great communication skills so much!!!

Russ works very fast and has a lot of experience. He helped me find the best price for my repairs and Cynthia was very polite and professional when I spoke to her. Great small business in the area!

I'd like to share an experience we had yesterday regarding local car repair. My son hit a huge pothole out on route 17/I86 that broke the passenger rear top shock mount off from his Ford Focus. He took it into a local competitor of R&C Auto Repair and got quoted $250 to replace the shock mount. I thought that was high so I called Russ at R&C Auto and asked him for a quote. He asked me to bring the car in so he could take a look, so we did. Russ put our car up on one of his lifts and showed us the situation and explained some details about it. Then we went into his office/reception area and he worked up a quote for $145 for BOTH passenger and driver side rear top shock mpunt replacements! The competitor was going to charge us $108 for a single shock mount part. Russ said it is a $25 part. I like Russ and Cynthia because they are straight forward and honest in their approach. My advice is to drive a half mile down the road and deal with a family owned trustworthy business. They deserve you at least giving them a try.
