Our Garage

My family and I were driving to Albany when we noticed a noise from our truck. We pulled in around 3:15 on a Friday. The guys there were great! They offered to take it for a drive and see what was going on. Come to find out, our tire's lug nuts were so loose the rim snapped off a lug bolt. The guys here were great taking care of us and getting us back on our way! We are so thankful they were willing to help us when we pulled in!

Just amazing, honest service. They really know how to run a business. I originally visited them because I thought my AC went. Turns out it just needed a tune up. They also noticed my oil was low and did an oil change. Total was $110 which is really good. I pulled into work this morning doing a little slipping and sliding on the snow so it's time for new tires. Funny enough, I had a text from Lucas "Hey, do you need anything?" Wow. I actually do. Can I have tires delivered to you guys for an install? "Yep, let us know when they're on the way so we can look out for them." My degree is in Public Relations, so I have seen some nasty stuff come from the auto industry. (Some of you may recall the Pinto saga.) Not to mention mechanics that overcharge or tell you something is wrong when it isn't. As a matter of fact, you would be hard pressed to find an auto shop of any kind that doesn't have some sort of nightmare story associated with it. This is just my opinion, but it seems like a lot of folks share it. Our Garage bucks that trend. They are, hands down, the best all-around auto care center in the greater Binghamton area. I cannot recommend them enough.

This shop has so many 5 stars FOR A REASON! This is the second time I have brought my car in, and I am still so thrilled with my service! I brought my car in today because I thought I needed service before a big trip, I am so thankful for this honest shop! They made me aware that my brakes and rotors were in good condition and my tires were all set! I thought I would have a giant bill, but these fellas have integrity! I am so grateful I found a hometown shop that believes in being honest with their patrons and not look for easy sales! Thanks so much guys!! 10/10 will recommend.

I have had Our Garage do everything from routine oil changes to a pretty extensive performance parts installation. They are great! Honest and easy to communicate with.

I take all three of my family’s cars to Our Garage. Recently, they did some pretty extensive work to my Focus RS, including installing an upgraded turbo system. Great guys that are knowledgeable, honest, and treat you right.
