I cannot say enough great things about Otego Tire and Auto. When my girlfriend got stuck in a washed-out culvert ditch right in the middle of our driveway, I called AAA, and Otego Tire and Auto arrived in what felt like minutes. They were professional, efficient, and so quick—before I even reached them, they had the car out safely. The two technicians were incredibly courteous and straightforward. This kind of top-tier service is rare—Otego Tire and Auto absolutely exceeded my expectations. Highly, highly recommended!

This was my first time having roadside issues and I could not have had better luck with AAA getting a tow with Gene. Had already been a long day of driving and he made the whole overwhelming experience of towing my car back home to a shop a breeze. Set the bar high for how helpful and friendly roadside assistance can be! 12/10 would recommend :)

My four-wheel-drive Jeep got stuck sideways in a deep ditch after sliding off black ice on a friend's unplowed, long driveway. Driver showed up in 25 minutes or less and had the Jeep out of the ditch and back up and running before I even knew he got there. Friendly, punctual, and absolutely wonderful service. Best AAA call I’ve ever experienced. I put the request through on the app. And I was in a pretty remote area. Really grateful to them. AND you came through for me AGAIN today! Same thing lol, back road, barely phone service, in quicksand mud, a freezing creek, ice and snow, tanker made me move over, slid right inti ditch creek, got to sit in warm truck while you yanked me out of the muck. Fast, respectful, courteous. THANK YOU.

Driving between Oneonta and Delhi at night, an Otego Tire & Auto truck drove dangerously close behind me for miles. The lights on the truck were so bright, it was difficult to see and drive. With my three kids and husband in the car, I slowed down and braked to signal the driver to keep a safe distance. This encouraged him to flash his brights and drive closer to my bumper. I saw the truck stopped in Delhi (he was not responding to an emergency). I pulled over to tell him his driving was dangerous. He responded with insults and threats. I would seriously consider trusting or spending your money at a this company.
