From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. Under the new ownership, you can really see the difference in the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire operation. The team working on the vehicles was incredibly thorough and paid attention to every detail — you can tell they take pride in what they do. My car came out looking spotless, inside and out. What really stood out to me was the professionalism across the board. Even the person handling payments was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which set a great tone right from the beginning. From the guys at the front to the cashier and the manager.... A wonderful vibe and a great job on the car. I just love doing business locally with our great neighbors. I USED TO GO to the place on Washington Avenue , but they are extremely "inferior" and nasty and proud of it.
