Tico and the team are exceptional at what they do - no upselling, thoughtful on their recommendations, they take the time to treat you like a person and establish a meaningful relationship, and deliver a service which goes above and beyond. I rarely feel compelled to write a google review, so here it is - I’d rate the Torrent team 6 stars out of 5 if google would allow me (I guess we’ll settle for 5/5!). Tico and this group at Torrent is simply tops. The best information, responsiveness, quality of service, fairness of price... they are courteous, highly skilled and absolutely professional. Nothing more to say.

I had heard good things about this shop from a couple of other Porsche 997 owners who took their cars there for work, so decided to try Torrent out myself when I had an emissions related CEL code pop up. Tico and his team there were great to work with. Tim was very friendly and helpful, and John who did the work on my car was very competent and thorough, and quickly diagnosed the emissions code problem, replaced the part needed and resolved the trouble code. He also performed other normal maintenance on the car that I had asked for and never tried to upsell me on anything (something dealerships usually do). What I also found refreshing is that I was able to speak directly with the tech who was working on my car (John) while he was working on it instead of only being able to speak through a service advisor (at a dealership) who may not really know what is going on with your car. I am not an easy person to please cause I’m meticulous with my car, so I really appreciate their patience with me. I would definitely take my 911 back to them for future work and recommend them to anyone looking for fair, honest, and competent work on their car. Great group of guys there! - Rich in NJ

I took my 2015 991 turbo s for major service, replaced both PADM motor mounts , and Giac stage 1 tune. The shop is well kept and also the personnel is top notch. Not only are they Porsche enthusiasts but also honest and straightforward certified mechanics. I look forward to continue my business with them.

I can't say enough positive things about Tico and his team at Torrent. Its amazing when someone working on your car has as much excitement about the car as you do (even when they have far more exotic models :-). Their work is high quality, at reasonable prices with a team you can trust to help you make the right decisions. We will only have our Porsches serviced here going fwd, they did an amazing exhaust and tune on our 911, next up is a Cayenne exhaust!
