Special thanks to Dan, Joe, Spencer and the mechanic who worked on my ‘18 Nissan Rogue SV. Services to date: New General tires. Wheel bearing replacement. Tie rod(s) and wheel alignment. *Noting that this shop uses the Eagle Eye machine for wheel alignment which is top notch. Highly recommend.

My Tesla got a flat tire, and I needed new tires anyways so I had the car towed to Wilbert’s. Spoke to Spencer on the phone got everything set up for the tires and NYS Inspection that also needed to be done. ( this was at 8:30 in the morning). He told me it would probably get done the next day. Which was fine with me. The car was towed to Wilbert’s around 11am. Around 330pm, I got a call saying everything was completed. Quick service and great customer service.

Had some work done on my Rogue at a Nissan dealer in Webster. They told me I also needed a $220 alignment as there was wear on my nearly new tires. I declined their "offer" and brought in to Wilberts which qoted me $125 for alignment. They checked and told me everything was in spec and only charged $50 for the setup.

Great place always been treated fair. Good prices on thier second hand tires. They also deal with brand new if that's what you want. Get it done in a timely manner if you have them install as well

After my truck failed inspection because of the tires, I started searching online for replacements and was shocked at how expensive new tires have become. A friend recommended I give Wilbert’s Tire a call, and I’m glad I did. They had a beautiful, barely used set of Firestone tires for my GMC pickup at about one third of the price of buying new. The value was incredible. The guys at the front desk were polite, knowledgeable, and got me taken care of quickly. The entire process was smooth and hassle free. They even handled my inspection right after installing the tires, which made everything extremely convenient. I will definitely recommend Wilbert’s to anyone looking for quality tires at a great price.
